Who we are

WinWin.travel articles are researched by the marketing team and authored by Ruslana Novoselska, a member of the team.

We built this site because both categories are chronically underserved by mainstream travel content: "pet-friendly" often means a small fee note buried on a booking page, and "accessible" is frequently self-reported by hotels with no independent check. We do the work to close that gap before a guide gets published.

How we verify

We don't publish based on what a booking platform's filter says. Every property in a WinWin.travel guide goes through the same process:

Direct contact. We email hotels ourselves to confirm the details that actually affect a stay: pet fees, weight and breed limits, accessible bathroom dimensions, shower type (roll-in vs. tub with grab rails vs. neither), grab rail positions, and toilet height.

Cross-referencing. We check the hotel's own website against major booking platforms and specialist accessible-travel sources, and flag where they disagree.

Clear labeling of unconfirmed data. If a hotel doesn't respond or a detail can't be verified directly, we say so in the guide. We don't present aggregator listings as verified fact.

No pay-to-play. No hotel pays for inclusion or for a favorable writeup. Every property in a guide is there because it met our criteria, not because of a commercial relationship.

What "verified" means on this site

When you see a verification note on a listing, it means a member of our team confirmed that detail directly with the property, within the timeframe noted on the guide. Where we couldn't get direct confirmation, the listing says so explicitly rather than leaving you to assume.

Corrections and updates

Accessibility features and pet policies change. If you find outdated or incorrect information in one of our guides, contact us at marketing@winwin.travel and we'll verify and correct it.
